Open the Ledger Live that you have linked with your Ledger device
If prompted, enter the password you had set up during the wallet creation
Then, make sure that you are on the "Wallet" tab
Thereafter, you can choose the "See All Assets" button
Now, you will be able to access your wallet account
Don't panic if you have lost access to your Ledger Wallet account. You can always get back to your account using the wallet's Secret Recovery Phrase. First, you need to press the two buttons next to the USB port on your Ledger wallet
Wait for the Ledger Logo to appear on your screen
Now, press the right button on the device to go ahead and the left one to go back
